We use your personal data to carry out our contract with you. That means searching the DVSA booking system for earlier practical driving test appointments that match your preferences, moving your test when you have asked us to, and letting you know by WhatsApp message once it has been moved.

We also use it to take payment after we have found and confirmed your earlier test, to answer your enquiries, and to keep the records the law requires. Where we rely on your consent, for example to send you service messages by email, WhatsApp, SMS or phone, you can withdraw it at any time.

4. Using the DVSA Website for You

To run the service, you authorise us to log in to the DVSA booking system for you using your driving licence number and booking reference. We use these details only to look for earlier test dates and to move your test as you have asked.

We are not affiliated with the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency. How the DVSA deals with you and your data is covered by its own terms and privacy notice.

5. Who We Share It With

We never sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We only share it where the service needs it: with the DVSA when we act for you, and with the providers who host our systems, send our messages and process our payments. Your card details are handled by our payment provider, and we do not store them. We may also disclose information when the law requires us to.

6. Cookies and Analytics

This website uses no tracking cookies, advertising pixels or third-party analytics, and we do not build a profile of how you browse.
