We find learners earlier test dates
Early Slot Finder started with two simple beliefs. Nobody should wait months for a driving test while earlier slots are being given up every day. And nobody should pay for a search before it has actually found them something.
So we take the hunting off your hands. You spend your time on lessons and practice, not on refreshing the DVSA booking page late at night.
Cancelled tests don't go on a public list. They pop up at random, whenever another candidate moves or drops their booking, and they rarely last long. Catching them by hand means constant checking, which is exactly the kind of job we built Early Slot Finder to do.
Give us your centres, dates and times, and we keep watch day and night. When a better slot turns up, we move your booking, send you the details on WhatsApp, and only then ask you to pay.
Our mission
Get UK learners tested sooner, with no stress, no endless checking and nothing to pay until we've delivered.
Our vision
A fairer way to get an earlier test: one where you only pay for a result, and learners and instructors can rely on us.
What you can count on
To find you a slot we need your licence number and access to your booking. That takes trust, so here's how we earn it.
Upfront about who we are
We're independent: not the DVSA, not the DVLA, not any part of government. We put that on every page so nobody signs up thinking otherwise.
Paid for results, not promises
Registering costs nothing. We find and book your earlier date first, then ask for payment. No date means no bill.
It's still your test
We only act on the preferences you give us. Change your centres, dates or times whenever you like, or ask us to stop searching.
Your data stays yours
No tracking cookies, ad pixels or third-party analytics on this site. Your details are never sold or handed to others for their marketing.
Anyone stuck waiting for a test
Long waits for practical tests don't just hold up learners. Instructors and schools feel it too.
Learners
Stuck with a test date months away? We look for something sooner while you keep practising, instead of you checking the booking site every night.
Instructors
Get pupils to their test while their driving is at its best, rather than filling months of waiting with extra lessons.
Driving schools
A full diary of pupils all competing for the same few local slots. We help more of them get tested sooner.
Signing up is free. We book your earlier test, WhatsApp you the new date, and only ask for payment after that.
More about us
Are you linked to the DVSA?+
No. We're an independent company with no connection to the DVSA, the DVLA or any government body. With your permission, we check the DVSA booking system for you.
When do I pay?+
After we've found your earlier test. Once your new date, time and centre are booked and we've sent them to you, we'll ask for payment. Nothing is due before that.
Where do the earlier slots come from?+
Whenever another candidate moves or cancels a practical test, that slot goes back into the DVSA system. We watch your chosen centres for those slots, and when one fits your dates and times we book it, or message you first if you prefer to approve each one.
How much is it?+
Our prices are competitive and can change, so email us for today's price. Whatever it is, you only pay once we've found your earlier test.
